Abstract

In an environment of rapid change, innovation is the key to organisational success. Therefore, to test the relationship between innovative work behaviour and IEHRS, consider mediating variables of psychological capital. Data was collected from 343 employees from workers in Pakistan's real estate industry through surveys. Regression and mediation analyses were used to examine the associations between variables. However, results support that the Initiative Enhancing HR Systems positively affects Innovative Work Behaviour. Employee psychological capital mediates this link, emphasising the importance of hope and optimism, self-efficacy, and resilience. These results are informative for HR individuals and organisational leaders pursuing raising creativity levels and efficiency in real estate. The role of HR practices in promoting innovation and creativity is highlighted through positive emotions. The findings of the study is helpful for the research scholars, academician and industry practitioners.
