This study explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in revolutionizing talent management and human resource (HR) decision-making processes. Drawing on a mixed-methods approach, it integrates quantitative survey data from 300 HR professionals and qualitative insights from 22 semi-structured interviews with HR leaders across various industries. The findings reveal that AI significantly enhances efficiency, objectivity, and strategic alignment in key HR functions such as recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee retention. High adoption rates were observed in digitally mature sectors like IT and finance, while industries such as education and manufacturing reported slower uptake. AI-enabled tools—particularly those used for continuous feedback and sentiment analysis—were perceived as highly effective in monitoring and managing employee performance. However, concerns regarding algorithmic bias, data transparency, and ethical accountability persisted across the sample. Participants emphasized the importance of human oversight, bias audits, and regulatory compliance to ensure responsible AI use. The study concludes that AI, when ethically implemented, not only improves operational outcomes but also supports more proactive, inclusive, and data-informed talent strategies. Future research is recommended to examine longitudinal effects, cross-cultural adoption patterns, and the evolving role of generative AI in HR. This research contributes to the growing discourse on digital transformation in human capital management and offers actionable insights for organizations seeking to integrate AI in sustainable and equitable ways.
