This study investigates the impact of digitalization on entrepreneurship in Pakistan, focusing on how foundational digital tools—such as email, web processing, and web browsing—along with digital skills training influence entrepreneurial capacity, business growth, and sustainability. Despite the growing accessibility of internet infrastructure, many Pakistani entrepreneurs continue to face challenges related to digital literacy, affordability, and limited awareness, particularly in rural and underdeveloped regions. Using quantitative research design and secondary data analysis, the study employed correlation analysis, logistic regression, and multiple regression to evaluate relationships between digital competencies and entrepreneurial outcomes. The findings demonstrate statistically significant positive effects of digital tool usage and digital skills training on entrepreneurial capacity and business performance. Web browsing and digital training emerged as powerful predictors of business growth and sustainability. Additionally, the study reveals that while infrastructural and financial barriers persist, digitalization benefits are distributed equitably across gender and regional divides. The research contributes to the growing discourse on digital entrepreneurship in developing economies by highlighting the strategic importance of developing digital skills. It offers actionable insights for policymakers, educators, and development agencies seeking to enhance entrepreneurial ecosystems in resource-constrained settings. Ultimately, the study highlights digitalization not merely as a technological advancement but as a catalyst for inclusive economic empowerment in Pakistan.
