Impact of Intellectual Capital on Organizational Performance with Mediating Role of Competitive Advantage

The goal of this empirical study is to look at the relationship between the six parts of intellectual capital—human capital, structural capital, customer capital, social capital, technological capital, and spiritual capital—and organisational performance in Pakistan. The research will concentrate on human capital, structural capital, customer capital, social capital, technological capital, and spiritual capital in particular. The main focus will be on the Malaysian market. For the research, a standard questionnaire was sent by email to people in higher-level management positions at a number of organisations in Pakistan. The sample will be made up of 187 people who filled out one of the 311 questionnaires that were sent out and chosen at random using a method called non-probability convenience sampling. The Multiple Regression Analysis Model will be used to carry out the task of doing data analysis on the provided data. According to the findings, intellectual capital has a significant impact on the degree of performance reached by firms in Pakistan.
